This rooftop BBQ meal in Ibiza is the perfect warm-up for a stag weekend with good food, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere at Rio restaurant.

The lads will start with tasty canapes before raising a glass of cava to the groom and the weekend ahead.

Then it’s time to get stuck into a hearty mixed grill platter packed with flavours that are made for hungry stag groups.

Everyone also gets a drink of choice, which could be wine, beer or a soft drink to keep things refreshed while the banter flows.

The restaurant is known for Mediterranean cooking with fresh fish, seafood, made to order paella and seriously good steak.

Once the plates are cleared, you’ll finish things off with a dessert that hits the spot.

It’s a laid-back but lively meal that gives the group a chance to relax, refuel and get the energy back before heading out to celebrate more.
