For a full hour, youll be ducking, diving and chucking foam balls at your mates, getting those competitive juices going.

If youve seen the hilarious 2004 movie, just remember if you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball and youre halfway there!

Bibs and headbands are provided so you can tell whos on your side and whos your enemy.

A dedicated event coordinator will run you through the games before you start and act as referee, calling out any cheeky cheating.

Youll be split into two teams to play classic dodgeball and some twisted alternatives to keep everyone on their toes.

Wrong Arm Dodgeball will have you cursing your own limbs, Protect the Stag will make you feel like a hero (or a total liability!) and the Gauntlet Run is simply hilarious.

Expect plenty of banter and the odd cheeky sneak attack that will make your mates scream.
